About Tasha-Mae
ABOUT TASHA-MAE
Hi, I am Tasha-Mae.
I work with women and teen girls who are carrying more than they let on. The ones who are capable and strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside. The ones who are finally ready to stop surviving and start living.
My Approach
Healing Through Understanding
I specialize in working with women and teen girls who are navigating the intersections of trauma, identity, and relationships. My work is deeply informed by cultural humility, meaning I bring awareness of how race, culture, background, and lived experience shape the way we carry pain and the way we heal from it.

ABOUT TASHA-MAE
Hi, I am Tasha-Mae.
Therapist, woman, and believer in your capacity to heal.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to need a safe space, and to not quite know where to find one. That experience shaped everything about how I work with my clients.
I work with women and teen girls who are carrying more than they let on. The ones who are capable and strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside. The ones who are finally ready to stop surviving and start living.

Credentials and Training
Grounded in Experience and Evidence
She is trained in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory. She brings all of it to the table with flexibility, not rigidity. Tasha-Mae uses these tools thoughtfully and adaptively, meeting you where you are, because your healing does not have to look like anyone else’s.
